Story:
10 years after Kazuma and Ryuhou reopened the gate to the other dimension, the rate of alter users has risen, from 1% of all people living in the lost ground to 10% of all people living on the lost ground. The lost ground has become an even more dangerous place to live, Holy has disbanded, and the main land has pulled out. The lost ground is in complete anarchy. A new group has been gaining power lately though, one that believes in the old holy ideals, however also believe that things that take place in the lost ground, should stay in the lost ground. Alter users should deal with alter users, and those that commit crimes using their alter abilities should be punished. The groups name is N.E.O. Neo Equalization Orginazation.
Present Day:
N.E.O Has been recently working on a Secret Called Project: REBORN Which is said to be able to revive the dead with all their memories...Though This is not certainnew info has been released that they are draining the punished alter users alter power, but for what? for Project Reborn? if so where is that drained power going?.... N.E.O's uniform Is Like That Of Holy But the dominate color is Black followed By Red

But In other hands Ryuho and Kazuma has opened there own Organization Called PURE Which main goal is to get the lost ground back as one. Unlike Holy alter users and non alter users are allowed in the same missions and battles.. There Uniforms Are Like Those Of Holy but In White And Gold...Pure's main objective beside bringing peace to the lost ground is training people who can't controll their alter powers and how to use them in the Purest of ways..
New Discovery:
Recently in the past 2 years people with high alter powers have discovered how to combine and alter power levels together like 1 combined with the alter level 2. one of the first founders of this new powers was Kazuma whic accidentaly mixed up his second alter form with his first. giving him new found abilities... They Call This Discovery Fusia

5. Remember This is a mix of the manga and the anime series. for example Kimishima Is alive.. in the true manga is is alive and with ayase.

People are having discussion if Straight cougar died or didnt die..in the series in the end you see him reading a book and then well loked as if he died.. people say he could have passed out or fell asleep or whatever...he death is not 100% shown so I have no clue If I Should put him here or not you tell me...
