Yes he did. Demons age slower then normal. He aged the entire time on the tree.

True because when kikyo hit him and pin him he didn't grow old he stayed the same he was frozen in time by the arrow until kagome unseiled him by pulling it out.

No it stopped his heart and contained his spirit in the arrow. When Kagome removed the arrow by touching it and dispelling it. It disappears remember. His spirit was allowed to go into his body. He aged the whole time.
