Bakumatsu! - A Meiji Era Samurai RPG
Setting:
Japan, 1863, in the heart of the tumultuous time that would later be known as the Bakumatsu rebellion. Under a cover of law and order lies buzzing tension, frequent assassinations and secret wars between the soldiers of the ruling Shogunate and the imperial-allied swordsmen known as the Ishin Shishi. In several key cities such as Edo (Japan's Capital) and Kyoto, barely-concealed acts of violence upon both Shogunate partisans and Ishin partisans alike as each side reacts to the other's offensive operations with attacks of their own. It is quite widely assumed that full-scale war is soon to erupt across the entire nation, and some are even working towards sparking it.
Currently, the Ishin Shishi are finding it very difficult to keep a safe foothold in several cities, but they are only waiting for Imperial support to bring their operations out of the shadows and fight toe-to-toe with the Shogun's troops. In the meantime, a number of skilled swordsmen reside in their ranks that can at least hold their own... but will they be a match for the recently-formed Shinsengumi task force appointed by the Shogun himself...?
Feel of the Game:
The Unhosted RP version of Bakumatsu! will mostly draw from the Kenshin style of Samurai TV show... but will be about as grim and violent as Samurai X.
In other words, large, flashy swordfights, lots of faceless NPCs dying horribly, special moves and whatnot and a bloody civil war guaranteed to quench any thirst for blood. =D

The people have become psychics. Special humans capable of opening up a mystical "territory" in which they are capable of incredible feats. Step inside their territories and you will become victim to their will.
You are one of these humans.
Your power is strange. Unique. And one night, during your sleep, you are visited by the Pilot of the River Styx - the Grim Angel. Who tells you of the impending danger. You have three weeks to prepare yourself. To find out where this demon gate is. To stop the demons from wreaking hell, and to locate the mysterious man who has passed judgement on all of mankind.
You must save Mushiyori City.
You have Three Weeks.

That's right. Long time no makey makey. But here's something that could be interesting. The story will take up only three weeks. Every so often I shall post when a day has passed. The first post will obviously be the prologue, in which the psychics discover their abilities.

As for powers, I want the things to be unique. I dont want something like "Can control fire" or "energy blasts"
Something strange that isn't particularly powerful or damaging.

It's the not so distant future of Konoha and it has been long a time a of peace, Naruto married Hinata and became the Rokudaime Hokage(6th Hokage), but retired when he found out that Hinata was pregnant! The An familiar up in coming Jonin took over who you know as Konohamaru. Jiraiya once said something like each generation is destined to be greater then the last and being younger then any Hokage before him. This Nanadaime Hokage seemed to be destined to be the greatest Hokage yet and he was, but years later when Hinata's and a Naruto's Daughter is almost a Ninja things start to go horribly wrong. This is a remake of another rp I created that's dying and I am still trying to keep it alive there. I got some great second gen kid ideas...Note the current Genin are more then the 12 ex-genin as far as famous parents go. Note: Not all the children have been decided. Note:

And to Kenpachi,
Is there a reason you are putting Kakashi and Kurenai together even though Kurenai is preggers with Asuma's kid?
((The relationship is prefinding that out since it's based upon a rp that existed way before I knew about that, but I am modifying that rp to compensate. Kakashi is there to support her after Asuma's death and acts acts as a father figure in the absence of the kids real one. They even have a kid of their own eventually. I think his name was Kigi. Kigi remains one of my favorite custom characters because he is the only swordsman I have created. Looks up the the Genin 12..Well with new guy Genin Genin 15. Wow forgot about Kegawa. Team's 8,11, and 12. Still need to be roleplayed in there missions, but Team 12 is backtracking to finish what other teams did alot earlier on because they were recently added on buy the new guy. *Wonders how such a small RP became so confusing*))
Teen Titans
The Titans has been around for at least a few years now, thriving more than ever. Tho more towers have joined, each on different sides of the map caring for their cities.
Both keeping in constant contact with the very first Tower made. Evil has became low over the months, making less for the Titans to do but wait, and train for anything new to come their way, which now seldom does.
Beast Boy: Is the same annoying teen as ever, though slightly more grown and handsome.
Cyborg: Has not really changed much at all, just the same.
Raven: Has became more open, hanging out with the gang more and more having fun instead of keeping more to herself. Shes even seldomly played video games with Cy and Beast Boy, beating them of course.
Robin: As well as grown, in smarts and everything. Proving him an even strong a fair leader then ever before.
Star Fire:Is mostly the same but more down to earth, she still does have her weird perks, like food and holidays from her Planet, but shes grown use to the so called human customs.
Each has been placed in charge of the new members in their tower, each teaching the other their own skill training them for battle.
Some learn well while others take time, some enjoy their training while others prefer to be alone.
And in the darkness some lurk as spy's waiting to take them down, while an evil builds up ready to attack.
