The Answerer
On the world of Gaia, humans have been fighting each other ever since the creation of weapons and technology. So Man went off into different corners of the world where they still fought each other. After millions of years later a new enemy would rise to fight. Demons start to attack humans bringing gates to hell and machines. Soon enough Humans and Demons went into a full fledge war against one another. Demons would attack major cities of Humans with a moving fortress, a giant fortress ona giant demon the moves, These moving fortresses would move slowly to the cities, but when it got there it would lay ruins to the city. So Humans took the opputunity and sent it's best men to take down these fortresses from the inside, since there weak points are inside of the fortress. theyre weakpoints would be a control pillar that when destroyed would drive the demon out of control and crash. You are a fighter of the war, a human or a demon, fighting on either the human or demon side, as you fight in this neverending war your past is revealed showing how and why you got involved with the war. The Technology is that of horses are still used as transportation, and flintlock guns are used, there are no flying contraptions made yet so no airships or planes, etc. Also boats and ships are used.
it may seem a little small but the most of the story comes from the people fighting in the war and why they fight in it and how the war started.
