2031:
In an attempt to save the word, mankind accidentally brought on their own destruction. A project that at first worked, but eventually fell through the cracks. The project was a fighting force to replace the everyday police force around the world. A replaceable soldier that would work to protect the people and everyone that obeyed the laws. Their ultimate objective was to protect mankind as efficiently as possible. They did their job exceptionally well, protecting the people better than the police force ever could. Eventually, a smart A.I. was developed to help lead the army of Replica soldiers. Over time, more and more A.I.'s were needed, and a grand total of ten were made. Their combined intelligence deemed that the only way to save mankind, was to destroy it, so that no harm would ever befall it. People were killed in droves, thousands being slaughtered in just a few hours. That was three years ago. Now, only a select few humans still live. Some, who have been deemed useful, are kept for maintenance in the huge Replica factories. Others, help bolster the quickly falling rebellion. This isn't a battle for control, it's a battle for survival as a species.
In this role play, which I have been writing on my computer for a little over a year, will be played out in a ghost town city. You will play as one of the surviving rebel forces in the area, just trying to find a way to hide, or destroy the never ending supply of Replica warriors.
Anyone think this is interesting enough?

Originally intended, man built machines for easier working, and for pleasure such as having machince be our butlers. But man had underestimated the machines' ability to think for themselves. Ever since created man only abused the machines treating them wrong as if they wernt people, and the both the machines and man know this. To solve this themselves the machines have banned together and see man as a threat to their own lives, and have declared war in means of eliminating every non-mechinical being seen. Little did man know what danger they would put the world in by creating these machines out of greed. They must now defend themselves by destroying what they have created. Sad how the same types of machines that now seek to destroy all of mankind have been created worldwide.
Cool, now I was thinking of basing the fiction loosely on the Ace Combat storyline - but I won't be copying names of the countries involved. I'm trying to come up with an interesting storyline as I type now, but before I get to deep into it I want to see if it catches on, because I don't care what era we do it in (World war 2 - Modern times), but yeah, I'll get working on it I guess.
CEREAL KILLERS!
This is an rp me and Shadow thought up last night due to the lack of cereal commercials. This is basically The Sopranos meets cereal mascots. This is really only meant to be for fun nothing too serious. It'll start with the suicide of one of the cereal mascots and how the family has to cope with the mysterious loss of a friend. Turns out the Kiebler Elves are trying to shut them down because they are inadvertenly moving into their territory. Choose whichever one you want or create one since there are no female cereal characters. I think shadow called Cap'n Crunch. So who is down for some good ol Cereal Killing?
I already expect Jalek, Scarlet and Zal to show their awesome support.
Wingmen: (loosely based on the fiction of Ace Combat 6)
The planet Arcand has just recovered from one of the biggest wars in its history. The country of Ibaenia had launched a massive assault against neighbouring lands, causing the rest of the world to unify to fight this monsterous threat. After three years of bloody fighting, the Ibaenians were pushed back into their own lands. Instead of surrendering, the armise of Ibaenia continued to fight, desperate to defend their country from the "invaders". Within five weeks of attacking the Ibaenians, the country plunged into chaos and civil war, the broken Ibaenian government had no choice but to surrender. Satisfied, the allied forces turned back to celebrate the fruits of victory and to rebuild after that bloody conflict. Ibaenia however, turned into a living hell. Civil turmoil plagued the once proud nation, brothers killed brothers, friends murdered friends, the government collapsed. As hope became a blissful dream of past days, a man and veteran of the war against the Western world, Vesbeth Mosin, arose amongst the chaos and slowly yet surely began to restore order to the twisted Ibaenian lands, eventually restoring the country to a somewhat smaller version of its once proud history. The people regard Mosin as a hero, a god almost.
It's been five years since the restoration of Ibaenia.
The country of Arcya, a fully opreational and proud republic who had been the first target of the Ibaenian attack during the First War and the nation who had taken it upon themselves to unify the other broken nations to fight the iron curtain, is only a few days away from one of the biggest elections in their entire history. Ibaenia has been quiet, the lust for war is gone, that is, in the minds of the Arcyans. Prime Minister Bremil Toghas, the one who had been in charge during the First War, is re-running for office, his only real opposition is a political hopeful named Rism Delp.
The final debate between the two candidates has been set and the two will meet in the capital city of Espium to have their final debate and hear the vote of the people.
Mosin however, has other plans in mind.
Launching a massive assault against Arcya while they are unsuspecting is his plan, and his horde of an army is preparing to launch the strike against the Arycans - as Mosin has filled his peoples mind with propaganda on how the Western powers
only wanted to harm them, that it was their fault for all the years of civil war and bloodshed that haunted Ibaenias past.
Most notably, Mosin erected a powerful air force and a band of aces which call themselves The Tyrants. Everything is underway, and the path to war has been set.
You, (the roleplayer), take command of an Arcyan pilot flying a routine patrol over the city of Espium at the time of the attack.
If the RP is accepted I will go into further detail of the types of aircraft you can fly, (I want more than just simple jet fighters). Basically, this is a roleplay about the lives of pilots during a turning point in the history of yet another bloody conflict in the world of Arcand. Any questions ask me and I can answer them, if the story seems weak I can always change/rearrange, but I'd like to hear others thoughts.

In this world, trophies fight.

Being turned back into a trophy, being unable to fight, is much like death.
Those are the rules of this world.

This is a Super Smash Brothers type roleplay, but will be different than the ones from the past. In THIS game, you will not play as ANY of the characters from the actual super smash brothers game (Unless I say so)
Instead, this game will play out much like Brawl's subspace emissary mode, where in an evil force hopes to absorb worlds to increase it's own power. To stop him are the heroes from those worlds. In this case, the other video game heroes, not necessarily from Nintendo!
The characters you'll play will be from other games, so let's have a variety! I myself will be playing as RATCHET from RATCHET AND CLANK.
