Midnight Masquerader
The kingdom of Hyland has fallen into ruin. After a deadly plague whipped out more than half the population its armies fell to the hands of the desert nation Toran. The royal family has fallen and with no leader the land of Hyland fell victim to the emperor of Toran. A small band of soldiers haven’t given up the fight to save Hyland. The only hope that remains is to find the prince of Hyland who is rumored to be alive but in hiding.

Emperor Saladin is on the hunt for the prince of Hyland and for these last few soldiers still fighting for the crown. Neighboring kingdoms and once allies of Hyland are slowly rallying together to lauch a counter-attack against Toran but the Council of Elders seems to be at a debate about whether or not to risk such open war since many kingdoms have pledged to help Toran if any other nation would interfere during their conquest of Hyland.

Antarctic Research Station 04

Established hundreds of miles into the mainland of Antarctica, Research Station 04, along with three other stations, uses it's resources and brainpower to research world-changing technologies. One day, a particularly violent snow storm hit, making evacuation impossible. When the storm cleared, communications were down, and the helicopter was completely wrecked. One by one, the researchers slowly start to go stir crazy, blaming the smallest of occurrences on anyone but themselves, even if it was their own fault. It was all manageable until one day, when a researcher from Station 02 wandered in from the wasteland. Already dying from hypothermia, the researchers chose to just sedate him and let him die. After his death, some researchers reported seeing something fall out of his ear, but nothing was ever found. Merely days later, violence would ensue, almost like an induced madness.

If you choose to join this role play, it will be survival horror. There will be limited firearms, and hand-to-hand and melee will be more heavily used during most of the role play. There won't be any highly trained warriors in the station either. They will just be survivalist researchers. I'm not asking for super nerdy, just average every day people. The Roleplay will take place over the icy wasteland and the four installations, and the ending will be kept secret until it's time.

In the seaside town of Half Moon Bay the local population over the decades has vastly been decreasing by the numbers reports of the people who have mysteriously have vanished yet nobody seems to know what is happening, The only logical conclusion is that people who go missing who strangely vanish with no clue happens as soon as dusk comes. The townsfolk have come up with numerous theories but the local sheriff may know something that even he can't begin to understand this all changes one evening right before dusk when a group of friends who are enjoying themselves at the towns yearly carnival as the alarm sets that dusk is approaching the carnival untimely closes for the night,One of the group named Sarah suddenly decides that she needs to head to the restroom and spots a portacabin the group tell her to hurry and that they will all break the sheriffs curfew if they are too late and tell her to be quick after about 5 minutes a scream is heard and a loud crashing sound the group run to the direction of the noise and find the portacabin door completely tore off It's hinges and Sarah is nowhere in sight with the mysteriousness of Sarah's disappearance in strange circumstances and the local sheriff refusing to cooperate and that he puts It down to tragic circumstances the group decide to take matters into their own hands and find the truth so out come the stakes and holy water to take on the vamps and find the truth about what happened to Sarah

This is about true vampires so the old traditions will stand vampires can be staked through the heart, Burn in sunlight,Garlic,holy water and crosses can be used to protect and help keep the vampires from getting too near you, the vampires themselves am very good at keeping to the shadows and can fly and use the mist form and other powers.

hello everyone i just got home from getting out of the army and thought i would submit my own roleplay.

No this is not a zombie role play this is a role play based off of something that had happened to me while I was in the army.

*BOOM*

"ABORT ABORT ABORT!!! WE'VE BEEN HIT I CAN'T MAINTAIN CONTROL! HQ WE ARE GOING DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!"

*HELICOPTER CRASHES*

Private First Class Miessner came to, his eye sight was still very blurry and he didn't know where he was all he knew was that the helicopter carrying his team and himself had been hit and crashed somewhere in Iraq. Are my men ok? are they all here? are they all alive? Pvt. Miessner asked himself as he got up from laying in the sand of Iraq. He quickly looked himself over before he checked to see if everyone was ok. Pvt.Miessner saw the pilots and went to check on them but there was no use neither of them had a pulse. He turned around and saw two of his team members and walked over to them to see if they were alive and they were. They both were just knocked out right now, but where were the other six members of his team at?

This is where you come into play guys and girls. The first two people to join the role play will be the ones with me just follow what I have set up already please. There are nine people in a squad so the other six will somehow regroup with us in a little bit via the com links or something. If we don't get six more people I will just assume those spots are dead characters. One of the soldiers alive will have to be the medic for the team and then I will also need someone to play a commander at head quarters.

Urban Survival: Outbreak

"Today was supposed to be a day like any other. We were supposed to clock in, fill out quota, and clock out. That never happened...."

A new virus has surfaced among humanity and has taken everyone by storm. This virus is not airborn, and it's not in the water. It was a virus spread through the violence. Unimaginably, horrible violence. People killing each other for seemingly no reason at all. The attackers seemed to be in some blood-thirsty rage that drove them to canibalism just to curb their hunger, except for the face that they never got full. They just ate and killed, turning their last victim into another infected. They seemed to have lost a large portion of intelligence, but made up for it with their hightened sense of smell. The infected were capable of smelling survivors for many rooms away, and sometimes ever buildings apart. That was ten long years ago, and the smell of rotten flesh had long covered the scent of survivors. Cities lay in ruins, and survivor strongholds dot the wasteland every couple thousand miles. The infected own the surface world, and they don't plan on giving it up. One by one, the infected have been destroying the survivor colonies, in a hellish attempt to extinguish all life. Now, a new day has dawned upon the survivor camp of New Tallame. The first of the new generation of hunters would be following along side the 'old breed'. Some would even be as young as sixteen.

This isn't the standard zombie role play. This is more of a decision-based, let's get the hell out of here kind of survival. The infected obviously outnumber the survivors, so fighting it out is suicide. The survivors must pick their fights, and flee when necessary, and even sacrifice infected team mates to assure survival. Not everyone will have to make a young character, because at the start of the role play, it will be the initial outbreak, just in a story told to the new hunter-gatherers. The only way to come out on top is to use tactics and work with your team. No amount of guns or bullets will save you from the millions of infected in the cities.
