The Horde and Alliance have been at peace with each other for over 50 years now, All is well and everyone is keeping the peace. Renia Stormhammer is an Ex-Knight captain with the Stormwind military.
Its been 12 long years since the fall of Illidan Stormrage. And peace has started to return to the lands of Azeroth, but there are those out there who thought Illidan to be a god. and started to follow in his footsteps. There has also been talk about the Re-Resurrection of Ragnaros in the Molten Core, but these are a few of the rumors that are going around. The search for the Lich King is still in progress, But unbenownst to the races he has secretly reurned with a formidable dark army both of new alegiances and old.
Hoping not to offend you with this, I think there are a few things worth bringing up.
1. If it is twelve years after the death of Illidan, then the Horde and Alliance can at most have been at peace for eight, and that's pushing it.
2. You know that roughly three years after the death of Illidan, Deathwing rose from the depths of Azeroth and pretty much destroyed the world as the Azerothians knew it.
3. Illidan was never a direct threat to Azeroth at the time of his death, since he was pleased with his rule over Outlands, so his death did not in any way influence the war outcome on Azeroth.
4. Ragnaros is fought and defeated during the Cataclysm, because of his attempts to corrupt the World Tree. The heroes of Azeroth actually ventured into the elemental plane (Assumingly four years after Illidan died), fought and defeated Ragnaros at his home domain.
5. The Lich King died.
Going back to this one and sticking to it.
Alone In the Dark: Survival
Edward Camby, A small group of investigators and a special forces Squad are dispatched to Central Park, New York to get to the root of the evil and to put a stop to it by any means necessary, After several of the city inhabitants have gone missing whilst venturing the park possibly alone It's up to you and the team to investigate what happened....A task that seems impossible for what lurks there is about to break out ,if it hasen't already... onto the city itself. The undead, The animals at central park zoo which are acting very strange, What lurks in the sewers. and more supernatural foes.
You and the rest of the specialised team must work together and cooperate with one another, The city itself is resting on you and any blood spillt will be on your hands. You will be sent to various locations in the park that also may aquire some of you to set up a perimeter around the city also to stop the evil from attacking the citizens that reside there.
You can choose to be one of the special forces unit or even a survivor..maybe one of the one's who were presumed missing and possibly dead. It is possible that you may get seperated during the game making you alone, Scare tactics is game ploy to make your character vunerable to all sorts of nasties. Weapons, armour and Gadgets are at you disposal or you can create your own entirely,Or maybe find them around various locations. If you like survival horror games or like the alone in the dark games then you'll like this.

"Band of Benders"
2 years after the evens of Avatar Aang, an assasin, hired by an unknown person, poisoned Avatar Aange causing infection throughout his body, and eventually......death. Katara couldnt heal him, though she tried many times it was inevitable. The Avatar was gone. The world was swept with sorrow for their fallen hero. The assasin was eventually found and killed without giving any information on who hired her. Katara was heartbroken. Every nation gave their respects for Aang, as he helped many throughout his time....
Katara knowing that the next Avatar would be born into the water tribe, though she didnt know where exactly. 20 more years passed and an Avatar was born in the Northern Water Tribe. Her name was Shan Mae.
Shan found out she was the avatar at the age of 12. She was being trained by other top waterbenders in her tribe. Being the Avatar she learned the art of waterbending quickly and learned to use Tai Chi to enhance her movement before even becoming a teenager.
Shan was raised as an orphan not knowing her parents. She was an outcast and had very little friends. Many always thought Shan would grow up to help others, but she thought different. Shan believed the power she had was to be used to rule. Shan shared these thoughts with no one she knew, only the charm she kept around her wrist that was thought to belong to her parents.
Eventually Shan left for travel at the age of 15. She knew many waterbending moves and even created her own. In 5 years she practiced and learned Hung Gar for Earth Bending, Northern Shaolin for Firebending, and the hardest was Ba Gua for Air Bending. Everybody informed her Avatar Aang was the only airbender, but really he was the only airbender everyone knew. Deep in the western mountains of a secret temple called Zen there was a man called Sora. He was a descendent of one of Aangs peers while Aang was actually 12. Sora agreed to teach Shan airbending if she promised to keep their meeting secret.
So Shan learn all four elements and mastered them. Many thought she would use them to bring world peace and help others. Shan quickly got a couple of talented benders. Rine, the earth bender, and Hui, the fire bender.
Those 3 were a force to be reckoned with. Shan had no clear reason for controlling everything, she just thought it was fate. They brought terror down on tribes and nations alike, eventually taking control of the world. She spread armies of different benders to ensure she could control every inch of the world. Rine, Hui, and Shan were in 3 different parts of earth keeping the world in check. Many thought Shan was wrong but they couldnt defy or risk death. And if anyone wanted to stop her itd be nearly impossible to, because she moves every few months, secretly.
......With every ruler there will be a group that despises them so, and very well, there was a group...The Band of Benders. They were a small, strong, elite, and smart group of different benders that banded together to put a stop to Shan. They knew they couldnt take her alone so they formed the B.O.B. to stop her. Thisrebellion was a special one. Each member with great bending skills, and great minds.
Now its their time to pput a stop to this reign of terror from Avatar Shan and return the world to peace. They will have to band together and defeat Avatar Shan before it gets out of hand...

Not As It Seems
-NOT AS IT SEEMS-
Not sure how to start this, so I will just summarize it all right away. "Not As It Seems" will be a modern time semi Sci-Fi and fantasy RP inspired by various children hero shows. The plot will revolve around a bunch of amateur heroes and heroines previously oblivious to the mysticism and evil that exist in the world.
The character you will be playing is a good guy who until now was a normal person, but through artifacts of mysticism has attained magical properties that range anywhere from super strength or speed to black magic or elemental powers (One element). The character will be characterized by its own power and will with its unique ability contribute to a team of different powers.
There will be numerous villains in the story, some brief while others re-occurring, much like characters you come across in popular shows like Sailor Moon, The Powerpuff Girls or Ben 10. Don't get me wrong, it won't be like any of the listed, but in terms of heroism and villainy, it's that type of thing I have in mind.
Our characters will all be going at the same school, in which they have all been recruited for their various personalities to take part in an "against evil" organization. These characters (Exceptions can be made) will be teenagers, and as they are recruited (Which they will have initially been) when the RP starts, they will be distributed various artifacts that will give them supernatural powers. These items can be anything from a necklace to a wand, tiara, gloves, an orb, boots or anything else. The requirement will be that you will have to wield the item in order to possess your powers.
Brief story
In a school which exterior is much like any other, something quite unusual is going on in its depth. A school project, or a secret organization so to speak is being formed and will train youngsters of today in the arts of fighting evil and mysticism and to comprehend forces mortals can not.
These teenagers will rise to the challenge and take on the solders of evil as they have begun to resurface the world after millennium underground. To their aid in the battle against darkness, a set of items has been imbued with ancient powers that amplify the powers of its wielder.
Now masked and costumed heroes with supernatural powers are readied to take on the world, and protect it from all that is evil.
Will these teenagers have the courage to accomplish the burden placed upon their shoulders, or will they do what they can to escape their destiny?
WARNING: If you disapprove of cheesy villains, childish villain titles and mythology, coincidences and drama, do not apply. If you like shows like Sailor Moon, Ben 10, Aladdin and so on, DO APPLY!
Note: Acknowledge of course that it is a serious RP. It is simply inspired by heroic childern shows.
