But I'm not sure I want to really explain what happens in it. It has to do with computers. And it has to do with You. Everyone basically. You're going to be in it, whether or not anyone actually signs up. I think it would be pretty fun to play a game you had no idea where it was going to take you. But the story will start with you at your computer. Simple as that.
It will be episodic in nature. It will open up more than one thread as the story progresses, and it's a game that will incorporate all types of roleplays. Fantasy, horror, science fiction - but it also takes place in the real world.
The enemies will be varied, and who you play as will change frequently, though your main character will be you. Like who you are in real life. I'm not sure this game will succeed being confided to just kmc, but I haven't the patience to really make my own roleplaying free website and moderating it. I'd need help for that sort of thing. It's too bad though - if I had my own site dedicated just to the game it would probably be more engrossing.
Alot of this is mainly an experiment. Communication between players would extend passed the site - I'd ask for msn messenger names and aim screen names, and the roleplay would grow outside of the forum itself.
The character sheet will be longer than usual, but it won't require any sort of explanations or detailed history and everything. More like "your favorite movie" and things like that. Weird - I know.
Anyways, take it or leave it.

We all know about Max and the flock, and erasers. But what about the other experiments the school created? What purpose did they serve? Was max the school’s only opponent? No, she was not. The School had a much bigger enemy, one out to destroy the school. What’s the problem with that? Well, they are out to get the school because the school is their competition! The company is called Black Angel. Black Angel has created many experiments to beat The Schools, like Vampire Experiments (human + vampire bat) to destroy the Erasers. They create mythical type experiments, like Dragons, Elementals, and more. They do just as many horrible tests on its experiments, if the experiments become too wild, they place them in what is called stats. When an experiment is in stats, it is put in a state of suspended animation, in tank full of liquids. After a few years in stats, experiments forget most of what they knew, including their original behavior. Some experiments are set free by a group of escaped experiments, called The Rebellion. The Rebellion is headed by Kaida, an albino human/bat/lizard experiment, and Aki, a hawk/snake/human experiment. Their fellow experiments Raidon and Zepher provide the various devices they use to free other experiments, and fight off Black Angel. Suki and his mate Rock teach new experiments self defense.
The Rebellion has made enemies of both The School and Black Angel, they must defend themselves from attack at all times. The rebellion has not only scanners to alert them to an upcoming attack, but also Bots built by Raidon and programmed by Zepher patrolling the house, and sending information to Raidon’s control room

Scientists
The jerks that torment poor experiments claiming its for science. Also the creators of the experiments used.
Experiments
ATTENTION ALL EXPERIMENTS- all experiments must be explainable via science. And they must all have flaws, like kaida. Kaida falls asleep if she gets too cold, and dies if not warmed up enough, not to mention if she sneezes anything within a city block in front of her, is melted or fried.
The Rebellion
Cook – the cook will be in charge of all things food and drink, unless Raidon or Zepher says
Otherwise
Residents – Experiments living in the hidden Rebellion hideout, some have various jobs, such as
helping the bots by patrolling the area, or helping control the powers of other experiments either in recovery or living there.
Experiments in recovery – these experiments have been rescued from Black Angel or The
School and are being treated for various conditions they may have, such as malnutrition,
dehydration, or any other physical side effects of the scientist’s bad treatment.Rules

2. All rules of physics must apply
3. No magical powers

Im going to say the same as Quincy and say that my idea is a little on the Hosted side of things, as well. But it's up to you guys what happens:
Hero High 3: A New World
Seven months have passed since the heroes and teachers discovered the source behind the mysterious deaths surrounding of a handful of students at Hero High. A few years ago, they thwarted an inter-dimensional threat led by a power hungry magician. Years before that, the world was saved from an alien invasion that caused severe casualties and the destruction of the original school by the heroes. They became publicly known.
It is of no surprise that young people from all over the world have traveled through hell and high water to get to the school to learn how to control and harness their special abilities. But it was not just young people that needed the help and the school could only contain so many people. Willing to accept anybody who was in need of help but lacking the resources to provide it, a idea was presented: build more schools.
Presenting that idea to world leaders was not an easy thing for the heroes. And in doing so, they found that there were a few leaders who would rather have superhumans under lock and key than to have them learn how to control their special powers. But the fact that there were so many untrained and potentially dangerous superhumans in world was just to great to ignore and they were granted permission to build mre schools. There were conditions, however.
The first was that there was to be only one school allowed in a country with the exception of Africa and Asia, where there woud be two present. The second condition was that the schools were to be government sponsored. This would give them better equipment, more "specially trained" teachers and security (albeit from the gov't) and garner them governmeent funding but it would also allow the countries respective governments full access to the schools. The third and final condition was that everyone that completed their training at the school would have to register as a trained superhuman at the UN.
Against their better judgement, the heroes reluctantly agreed, realizing that there was no other way for them to train all of the superhumans who requested their help.
While generally seen as protectors and philanthropist by most of the world, there is a rather large portion of the collective populace who sees the heroes, as well as anyone else with unique abilities, as a magnet for danger. Brewing in the shadows since before the original school was built, this group, calling themselves "The Puritists", has been increasing their numbers and power for the sole purpose of ridding the world of superhumans.
Ranging from senators and military leaders to aliens and other superhumans, this group is willing to do anything they can to eliminate the superhuman scourge. And with money, power, muscle and sway at their beck and call, they may be able to pull it off. So long as the heroes don't find out about it and stop them before anything can be done.
With the first new "Academy of Higher Learning" being completed at the end of the next year and superhumans from all over signing up, will the heroes plan of opening more schools be just what superhumans need or will it be the cause of a new wave of prejudices that will lead many to their deaths?

Forces of NatureThere exists a world called Valeria, where many a great thing can happen. It is much like our world, save a few minor... Differences. A small percentage of the world controls the magic of the Animus, their powers based around their animal spirits. The government over the lands has harnessed this power in many troops and made them into soldiers, the elite warriors known as "AniMagi". But the government has grown corrupt, the newest world leaders using this power to suit their own means, rather than that of the people. Few Animus users exist who have rebelled against the AniMagi, even fewer of them alive. But a select group will soon emerge... A group that will shift the rebellion's tides... and shape the future of Valeria...
Characters will have one Animus spirit to call their own, mythical creatures inclusive. Their Animus also grants them slight elemental control, as aligned to the creature's affinity. (i.e. if you use a phoenix, your element would logically be fire)
Animus users, ridiculous as it may seem, will all be human. Weapons are a given, as we don't want too many fights focusing solely on power bases, but still... No OP vampires that can control Phoenix souls with the elemental power of fire. Etc. If you play Animus user, you play human.
This is not to say that one could not play another race, of course. If you choose to play something else, go for it. Perhaps your character's racial group is under attack by the government, as well. (i.e. Werewolves being hunted as unnatural creatures that must be "dealt with accordingly".)
Weapons will consist of the usuals for one of my RPs. Guns, blades, etc. No gunblades this time, though, as I'm afraid I'll overkill the old FFVIII feel if I keep that up.
Otherwise, any questions, please feel free to PM me.

Secrets of Babel
It is the 19th century and famous explorer Adam O'Donnell has discovered the ruins of the legendary Tower of Babel. Adam on his return journey back to Britain went missing and all his notes with him. The British government, unwilling to let such a find slip through their fingers, decides to put together a search team to find Mr. O'Donnell and find once more the Tower of Babel.
Rules
Standard rules apply. No god modding, no bashing, all that good stuff. Also it's the 19th century (1804 to be more precise) so no phones, no planes, you know. Let's try to keep it to the timeline. Also; no magic. No elves. No dwarves. No angels. No demons. You're just a human.
