And yes blowing up stuff is fun in the theory but scary in reality haha! Before we had this chemical (can't remember what it was) and the teacher was saying you had to use a really tiny bit because it was unstable or whatever and I was terrfied haha so my partner had to do it all lol.

course biology's the best! that's why I'm a biology major.

I think sodium explodes when you put it in water. and Phosphorous in one form will explode when it comes in contact with the air

Yeah and the reaction of Alkali metals with water gets more vigorous as you go down the periodic table doesn't it?

I've always thought about this so I thought I'd bring it up.. when will this change to the Fourth Annual Tig Party or will it ever? And why do they change and who decides?
