I have no idea. The President isn't doing all that he should be doing to help them, in my opinion.. There were 5 babies born on the streets in the past 3 hours and they mother and father's homes are gone, they are putting a lot of the people in shelters and such.. it's awful🙁

sounds like it. don't they have the national guard in there or something?
