That was Professor Hulk. His base is 100 tons, when Ben at that time wasn't far behind.

As far as I know of Ben is the second strongest in the Ultimate Marvel Universe.
There's no way way Ult Thing is stronger than Ult Namor. He broke out restraints that were designed to contain the most powerful meta on the planet designed by Reed...with ease. Thing not being phased was probly just his impressive invulnerability.
And for Ult Hulk being a little stronger...yeah right. I would like to see Ult Thing take on an entire alien fleet of ships by himself.

Yeah, Ult. Namor is a beast though. I really want to see a rematch between Ben and Namor. I mean Namor is OBVIOUSLY more powerful, but I mean like a fist fight. Of course that will probobly occur in Ultimate Invasion 😄

I've got a little theory about Ultimate Ben Grim's strength.
In the first volume of UFF when Ben is first shown in rock form whenever he walked it caused what looked like mini earthquakes. These made fire hydrants explode and trucks to flip several feet in the air.
When we next see him Reed has put him in an "impact suit" that absorbs the extra force he puts on himself and the world. From that point we never see the mini earthquakes when Ben moves.
So basically this entire time Ben has had the high-tech equivalent of an unknown amount of bubble wrap cushioning his every move and action.
His true strength will remain unknown until he takes off the suit and lets loose.
Then we will witness one of the most destructive forces in the Ulitmate U.
