Well said. Batman's fighting style is more tailored towards defense than anything else. I agree, Lady Shiva does have the potential to defeat Captain America.

Give Lady Shiva a sniper rifle, and CA gets assassinated again, handcuffs or non.

Cap can anticipate sniper bullets. Hence why he jumped in front of the cop and took the bullet himself during Civil War.
Non handcuffed Cap .......everyday Cap can not be assassinated.
Lady Shiva will fail and take on Cap in melee combat and will be beaten.

Captain America and Shiva imo are comparable, shiva is not going to "out-skill" cap. Maybe land a couple of nice moves but cap will be landing nice ones himself. The hits that he lands is gonna hurt a helluva alot more than Shiva's.

The skill is similar enough that imo is not even a factor here. But shiva will eventually tire, and sustain injuries that Cap could shrug off. No one will be shit stomping anyone here, it would be a grand fight but with Cap being the one left standing.

Beating batman does not mean you beat cap. Cap has more experience (and thereby skill) and better stats than batman. The stats are significantly better.

Cap would beat shiva too.
