Casting in the Films

Does anybody know who they've cast to play Viktor Krum and/or Cedric Diggory in the upcoming films?

Or has the casting not been done yet?

Does anybody know how exactly casting is done? Are there going to be open auditions for Order of the Phoenix?

i think they do...not sure. but some of the parts are already being suggested to other people (just a rumor), and that Rupert and Emma might not be in the fifth film...

Ah - I think I read when I was trying to find casting rules that Emma was almost definately in it.

Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't they put Emma or Rupert in the movie??? They don't want to do it anymore???

Age concerns... And of course if they don't wish to do it any longer they don't have to sign any contracts.

well all i know is that they should really keep them, but their also has been talk about Emma not wanting to continue. Dan is already confirmed for the movie. he's the only one for right now...

That'd be sooooo weird if they changed the actors, though!!!

lol fluer is supposed to be part veela meaning stunningly beautiful, that girl doesnt live up to the expectation in my books, as for emma not being in the fifth, shes the same age as dan <<< ( met him recently ) ruperts the oldest one and even if they are like...20-23 for the sevent movie who cares, i still think a harry potter movie with them will be better than a new cast... like really, when u read the books do u picture in ur head the new dumbledore? or the one that passed away after the second movie? i picture the one that passed away..

Agreed, although when I read the books, I still see the characters that I imagined when I first read teh book.

As far as casting goes... Not much of an actor myself...just wake me up when they're looking for a director that can get the job done...

i would hate it if they changed the cast!!!! i mean adults play teenage roles all the time why does this movie have to be any different!?!?! and as for picturing the characters i kinda see a mix of the ones in my head and the ones in the movies! lol

It would be horrible if they changed them!!!
