Phenoix vs. Psi Lord

Who would take this? Has this been done before? If Phenoix wins than can anyone beat the Phenoix force?

Phoenix Force >> Psi-Lord = Dark Phoenix >>>> Phoenix Jean Grey (w/o PF)

WHo can beat Phoenix force?

Here's a list of just some people from Marvel who could beat PF:

Full Power Galactus
Eternity
Infinity
Death
Dreaming Celestial
Oblivion
Infinites
Living Tribunal
The One Above All
Anyone with the Infinity Gauntlet
Anyone with the Heart of the Universe

Maybe a Fully Powered Tyrant
Maybe some High-Level Celestials
Maybe the Exiles version of Hyperion
Maybe Rune King Thor.

I have heard that phoenix was not effected by galactus's attacks in their battle. In the same issue she then took out the universe meaning she took galactus out too. This is a what if? story though.
