I'm very close friends with several of the mods and they don't act different than anyone else or anything, even on MSN.

The only time I change when I'm modding is when people are out of line or basing me/other people, because then you need to be rough on them to make them shut the hell up. Otherwise, they keep on whining and bashing.

its very possible, but rarely have i seen it happen.

usually it happens because they do something very unneccisary. or abuse their power to the extent of it being taken from them.

I'm sure some mods have a lower "tolerance" level of "Over-the line" then others 😬 I've never been to a forum that didn't.
