Despite Tony's armor being atomized by the magics of an alternate Scarlet Witch, he was still able to re-manifest his armor within 3 minutes (it only took that long because magics/biotech don't mix well):
---
He then encases Apocalypse in a force-field against his will... With ease:
---
During the short time in which Tony had Apoc imprisoned, he was able to scan every single molecule and particle on him:
The Bleeding Edge armor = win.
Tony (in the BE armor) shields himself and the Avengers from an alternate Ultron's attack:
(Ultron recognizes the force-field as Kree technology.)
---
And considering the above version of Ultron was powerful enough to combat power-stacked groups of opponents, such as this:
...I'd say he was quite powerful.
^ Could be, I suppose.
Anyhow, the third circle was the gadget on Noh-Varr's arm being activated. Like I mentioned above, that gadget was built solely for time traveling:

(which is how the team traveled to the future in the first place, and why they *poofed* away immediately after Tony was done talking to Ultron.)
But imo the force-field itself was all Tony.
Didn't Tony say they prep for this meeting with Ultron? Assuming Captain Marvel lend him a few of his devices out. I wrote lend, because CM didn't want to give out his technology to Tony, because humans must develop on their own pace (stated early in their encounter of Avengers).
Might not been Tony tech at all!?
