Iron Man developed armor called SKIN armor, if anyone remembers. Well, there's this group of cultists that steal the tech. (this was later used in the Uncanny X-Men arc called She Lies with Angels, which is a parallel to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet) Here's the fight.
