Ahh see you don't understand sir. It's not the sugar alone that makes you gain weight from soda and stuff. It's also the caffeine and high fructose corn syrup. Mainly the corn syrup.

I'm all for unsafe sex. Just get checked regularly or don't date whores. I try to do both. Which is why I usually don't do one night stands. I rather just get a hot girlfriend and ride it out as long as possible. (haha get it). As for the squares, and soda. Yep. it's not easy ridding your life of shit like that but it can be done. Although I hear if you smoke, and quit you gain tremendous weight because your focus switches to other shit. Like eating a lot more food.

As much as I do enjoy food. I just try to eat in healthy portions. Once in a while when I go out to a place I'll eat the whole meal though. And just hopefully workout harder the next few days to lose what I ate.
