Diet soda. I check my blood sugar once a month, I'm fine. I do need to cut back though.

Ahh see you don't understand sir. It's not the sugar alone that makes you gain weight from soda and stuff. It's also the caffeine and high fructose corn syrup. Mainly the corn syrup.

I'm all for unsafe sex. Just get checked regularly or don't date whores. I try to do both. Which is why I usually don't do one night stands. I rather just get a hot girlfriend and ride it out as long as possible. (haha get it). As for the squares, and soda. Yep. it's not easy ridding your life of shit like that but it can be done. Although I hear if you smoke, and quit you gain tremendous weight because your focus switches to other shit. Like eating a lot more food.

Double cheeseburgers with bacon, pizza, mexican food......I could go on all day.

As much as I do enjoy food. I just try to eat in healthy portions. Once in a while when I go out to a place I'll eat the whole meal though. And just hopefully workout harder the next few days to lose what I ate.

RJ seems like the type of man who enjoys a good KFC Double Down.

Actually as of late I have been cutting back on greasy food.

Example: Today, instead of a breakfast taco for breakfast, cheeseburger for lunch, and fried chicken for dinner, I'll have cereal, subway, and baked chicken.

and i'll have Sugar coated bacon deep fried and injected into my heart.

Mhm, this is why I eating healthier.

I tried it since everyone told me it was insane. It was good, but I didin't finish it. It felt like I was eating a heart attack.

Way to many calories for me.
