the old bones are starting to creak especially in the knees... its all the marine corps running and humps with stupid boots on.. also my physically active life style of working out to stave off old age.. running weight lifting..etc etc..
the arm pain is partially due to a stab injury damaging some nerves and surgery reattaching some muscles and nerves..

Yeah I haven't been affected joint wise from all the shit in the Army yet. If it ever does catch up with me though it's going to probably really suck.
well, i'm 30.
and i was having joint pain the marines at age 26..
constant workouts had me sore all the time and n fridays we do 10 to 30 mile ridge humps..
the body pain would get so bad during the week that i had to concentrate while in uniform to stand up straight take long strides and show no weakness...
once i was off duty and out of uniform i be doing the old man shuffle when walking or taking the stairs one slow step at a time.wheelchair
