When the leader of the Sagittarians, Princess Daydra, organized a rebellion to assist the Hulk, the Warlord had the Galaxy Master informed to prepare itself for their attack. However, the Hulk revived, leapt into the tractor beam, found himself inside the Galaxy Master, and destroyed a central computer-like brain there, seemingly destroying the Galaxy Master

That's nice. Darkseid defeated Infinity Man (think Sentry and Genis) and stalemated the Highfather (think Galactus)....
