It will end up to Dr. Doom vs La Magra.
Dr. Doom can blast Magneto into oblivion with major ease, then beat the crap outta all the other bad guys, he's hella strong and durable and can project and absorb vast amounts of energies.
La Magra has superhuman strenght, speed, durability, and regeneration, he never showed other powers in BLADE, tough he may have other abilities, he doesn't seems to be a threat to Doom, who is also a scientist and will exploit his weakness soon or later.
