Young or Adult?

Steph was a crap character to begin with. Tim Drake's current comic is solid.

Thanks god...

I find more often than not that younger characters are normally a-typical. Like, almost cut directly from what the writer sees on MTV and thinks would convert into a good character whereas there is a greater degree of character development in the older heroes.

just my 2 cents 😛

I prefere adult characters since usually they don't have some of the ridiculous plotlines. Still, young characters can be interesting.

What would Spiderman be concidered? He was like 15 when he starrted out.... That makes him a kid or because he has man in his name does it make him an adult?

I find that most young heroes are too stereotypical now. They usually fit this description,

cocky, confident, never ugly or disfigured or have any quirks that could be considered abnormal except their powers/abilities and they always get told how they have loads of potential and always go through the apprentice beats the master routine.

It soo annoys me when you get a young "Robin-like" stereotype who manages to win against their teacher who has been training for years and years before them and should defeat the younglings in their training sessions for the first 20000 bouts.

Young ones. I love coming of age tales. 😄
