Um Characters strength level vary so much but at their strongest levels, the following have shown they can cause force on this scale.
Gladiator - Destroyed a Planetoid with several Blows.
Hercules - Traded blows with Thor that destroyed a mountain and apparently caused enough pressure to destroy a planet.
Thor - Traded blows with Herc that destroyed a mountain and apparently caused enough pressure to destroy a planet.
Savage Hulk - Grey Hulk destroyed a huge Asteroid with a single blow, Savage Hulk destroyed a mountain with a single blow and broke through a force field that had enough power to change the orbit of a planet.
Thor with Moljnir - destroyed a huge Asteroid.
I cannot stress the fact that these character rarely ever show strength on this level. All of these are kinda one offs.
