As an ex-player... I can confirm this.

The game is played by mountains of 13 year olds whose parents pay the fees for. It's really sad. I told a kid to go screw off, and I got temporarily banned. Twenty four hours for one comment.

Honestly, the forums aren't anything special. I made a few posts there while I was still playing the game, and most of it is crap. But that thread is like the shining star there.
