Angel looked at Nevia and then at Apothis, " Let me help you take him out. " Angel said weakly, standing tall. He was obviously hiding his pain but he can take it, he could take down Slayer if he tried.. He walked towards Apothis, as he got in battle stance and grunted in pain, Ready for Slayer to appear.
Apothis started, he arched an eyebrow and locked his dark purple eyes with her's, "I'll do my best." Behind him the rubble shifted, "We've wasted to much time."
He kissed Nevia lightly on the lips, "Find your love, fulfill your destiny."
He moved moved to Taiyou and gipped his hand tighly, "Be brave, stop D'kai, keep the princess safe."
He walked over to Angel, and placed ahand on his shoulder. "Your a brave man Angel, your name fits you, stay with this group, help them in their quest."
He walked over to Kistune, "Live long, don't die young. You have a full life ahead of you."
He moved to Dare, "I don't know much about you, but you risked your life to help strangers in that fight, you have a noble spirit, never let that fire die."
Taking a step back, "Tell David that I know he will stop D'kai." The rocks shifted again, "Now get going, get out of here. Run you fools!" His eyes ignited in a dark navy blue.
Angel looked at him and tried to say something but there was a lump in his neck, interupting on what he was going to say. " Alright. " Obviously Apothis was strong enough to take care of himself and might stop Slayer. He limped away, Angel had a special potion back in his room that can cure his wounds instantly and then he would come back here and help defeat Slayer before he kills Apothis.
"None of us here can defeat Slayer, but hopefully I may be able to buy you enough time to get out of here. NOW GO!!" Apothis raised his sword, which was now blazing with light, "I can only hold him off for so long." The rock pile shifted again, an explosion from inside sent a few rocks flying, APothis swung his sword, and a rock heading for the group shattered.
Slayer blew his way out of the rocks, Apothis stared as he slowly made his way up as if without a care in the world, his friends has just started to leave, but Slayer saw them. [Time for my second power] Apothis was afraid, not for himself, but for his friends, but soon that fear become blood churning rage, his eyes fixed on Slayer, his vison started to pump red. He roared, "NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!" Just as he burst into yellowish green flame, "AAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHH!" His voice become two, one was his own, the second was deeper and demonic. His original form could be seen sillouhetted against the flame that engulfed him, his form pure black he'd become his infernal self. "YOU DIE SLAYER!" He roared, the demon voice completely drowning out his own.
The voice gave the hair on the back of his neck stand up. He seemed familiar to that same demon he encountered before coming to the dungeon. He looked back, " I need to help him. " Angel said as he was ready to run back towards Apothis's aid, obviously he was controlling the situation but the Slayer would get stronger anytime someone surpasses his strength.
*Kitsune trembled at the cry from inside the dungeon. Apothis was in trouble. She watched and listened to what Angel said and he took off. She ran after him. Her heart was strong again and her body was ready for another round. She stood next to Angel and looked at him* i believe you mean We've got to help him *She smiled and unsheathed a katana* ready?
"NO" Apothis bellowed and a wall of fire cut his friends off. Apothis charged, blowing down Slayer who he'd caught completely off guard, he rammed his fist into his face, the impact could be felt from the ground. Slayer blew him off, he went flying and smashed through a tree, he growled like an animal, and twisted so he landed on his feet. He started to charge up for a dark spell, black lightning coiled around his body and its intense crackling began to get louder. "AAAAIIIIIIEEEEEEEEAAAAAARRRRRRRRR!" He lauched the barrage at Slayer who was blown backwards into the rock wall. He charged ramming him with his shoulder, Slayers form embedded into the rock. He grunted as slayer slammed a orb of energy into his jaw snapping his head back. Three successive balls of fire hit him causing him to stagger backwards, the last one knocking Apothis to his feet. He snarled and jumped up, the next ball splashed over his chest. The fire around him channelled into a stream and flew towards Slayer, engulfing his body for a few seconds before he turned it into ash and it fell to the ground.
[]Apothis is going to die fightning Slayer...in a sense. Remebmer slayer is nearly as strong as Raiden, so Apothis can only fight him now because he is in his Demon form[]
Apothis charged again, using his brute strength to attack, Slayer met each of his blows with a shield and Apothis knew his element of surprise was gone... He was blown backwards and smashed into a rock, he jumped out and flailed more black lightning at Slayer, who blocked most of it, but some broke through at hit him in the chest. Slayer sent a beam of green light that hit Apothis in the shoulder, black blood started to ooz out. He snarled and charged again, hammering at Slayer's shields. He broke though and Slayer fell back against his blows, eventually Slayer mounted a counter offensive and Apothis was sent hurtling through the air and smashed against his own shield before falling to the ground, he slowly pushed himself to his feet, his Demon form was defeated. He stood holding his blazing sword, his eyes glowign again a navy blue. "Just you and me now Slayer."
