Fantastic Four (plus) verse Teen Titans (plus)

Fantastic Four Plus (comic versions)

Mr. Fantastic
Dr. Doom
Human Torch
Invisible Woman
The Thing
Spiderman

vs

Teen Titans Plus (cartoon versions)

Robin
Beast Boy
Starfire
Raven
Terra
Cyborg
Slade

no holds barred, each individual afforded tech they would normally carry on their persons.

That's 5 on 6.

Either take off Slade(why would he even help them? You've got a whole other team without having to bring back to dead or add an enemy) or give the F4 She-Hulk 😛

Of course then they'd(f4) probably win easily.
