His staff is pretty powerful. Even at low setting it's enough to blow up a helicopter.

Slade shows off his Spiderman-esque agility. He uses every trick in the book trying to get away from superman.

Would that be considered Spiderman league agility? Spiderman's big claim to fame is he can jump straight up 20 feet. Slade does it every other issue.
