Well.. maybe the Persian French can drive, but anyone here who lives near Quebec or in Quebec, knows that Quebecois can't drive worth crap, and the Montrealans average speed is about 150 kph... or like 100 mph

easpecially on the Metropollitan in MTL... average of 2 deaths a week. You need to drive as fast as the maniacs so you don't crash yourself....
