I just bought KOTOR II yesterday and it rocks! What if T3 from KOTOR II and R2D2 goes face to face?

r2 d2 wins i think because his upgrades are a lot more modern and advanced

You forget that T-3 had upgrades as well. He has just as strong arsenal, if not better, as R2.

T-3: Shock arm, blaster, renewable shields, starship plating, designed for combat and hacking/unlocking, fought multiple HK's and won

R2: Shock arm, blaster, no shields, unsure of armor, designed for repair, fought multiple Super Battle droids and won

T-3 wins IMO.
