a mindless .. out of control Hulk .. has no limits.... i dont think there are many individuals (under cosmic level) who can face a rampaging Hulk with only power..... in limits of strength.... there is no individual on earth that can match with Hulk i do believe (of course ...with exception of the HULK KILLER HUMANOID, which is in another league .. )
