who is better with the force jedi or sith

i personally say sith b/c they can use lightning and stuff and also the same stuff as jedi but thats up to you guys ill put in some words but i really want you guy to do this one

i say sith as well but ur thinking with lightning is off considering the jedi can use absorb and protect.

FORCE

Jedi= Deffense

Sith= Offense

i dont wanna type in this much but i agree with you about the absorb thing but cant only yoda do that?
