Are you referring to this incident? Grim22? Cause that doesn't signal knockout, it signals sucker punch. And if you ask me it was totally out of character for Emma Frost. Since when has she ever warned her victim that she'll be forced to restrain them with her telepathy? She usually just does it. Knocking Emma out was the only way to further the plot. If she didn't knock Emma out, Sue would have been left immobilised, Emma would have killed the crew and we wouldn't be having the whole X4 problem.
If we are ignoring CIS and PIS then the X-Men(Emma) takes this.
x-men since i blieve wolvy and cke togather could take down ben and they would do it fast enough since cyke would put him down and a little dizzy while wolverine went and clawed him and then cyke would take out ht since one or 2 blast would take him out and emma would be able to take sue out with the mind control and diomond skin while them togather would then take out reed

But, all in all unless Emma gets the FF right off the ba t, then FF take it.

There you go ;D , she takes out six people in that scan in less then seconds. One of those people is Wolverine, who's suppose to be quite resilientt to TP Mind Probing/Control attacks. However once his subconscience reflexes are attacked he goes down like everyone else.(With Exceptions of course)
Telepathic attacks usually branch down to two things,you get probing and mind control which can be resisted and then you get mind wiping, over taxing the mind and vegetabilizing people which cannot because it affects our subconscience reflexes which we have no control over consciencely.(Unless you are immune to TP like Psylocke)
At the end of the day they're fighting against a first order telepath, without prep.(With prep the FF would probably win much more, if not all the rounds. Although they'd have to come up with something other then a TP blocker because Emma is quite skilled at bypassing them). It comes down to who is faster and since telepathy is just thought while Sues power is thought with an extra step, I'd say Emma takes this.
