I would have to give it to Quicksilver

It all depends. Probably Quicksilver due to high-speed fighting experience, but Kid Flash has a lot of potential.

kid flash runs so fast that he makes quicksilver look like hes standing still...he could literaly beat the shit out of quicksilver before he could even feel the pain of his kid flashs hits

Qs is not the fastest compared to the DC runners. Pietro definetly needs a second mutation. Absorbing electromagnetic energies to boost up his speed to ehm Mach 200 would be nice 🙂

Yeah, any Flash >>> Quicksilver. Even Kid Flash has speeds that Pietro can't touch. MU would be in for a shock if they had to experience someone with the speed force. No one's even remotely qualified to touch a Flash.
