Yes and no (if I get your meaning right).
Photo manipulations aren't my strong suit, but I can do it if needed. I'm usually better with just a single render where I can work from scratch and build around it. This sig was an exception, since I built it around a setting from the V For Vendetta comic rather than making my own background.
Although "good" is a subjective term...I'd like to think I have talent, but there's plenty on KMC (and elsewhere) who are much better.

Enlarging images is always hard. Making large images smaller is easier. I'd ave a hard time with something like that too (enlarging something a bunch, that is). There might be some who can pull it off well, but I'm not sure where I'd begin to be honest.

its pretty good but like digi said its hard to enlarg pic u need the right program and im not veary good at makeing sigs myself i used paint shop on this one thats y its not so great

all um i realy couldent say how
i understand the why(the pixels are the prob) but not the how(how to make the pixels look right after the enlarging)
