I don't think he's overrated or underrated.
Around here he's pretty hated. but he seems to be pretty popular elsewhere. They kinda balance each other out.
I do think that Jubilee is underrated.
Nightcrawler he very skilled.
Shadowcat she is very smart, and can fight also
Colossos he is very strong, and i think he could be a lot of people up
Beast very smart, and one of the smarts there for he can be deadly.
Hawkgirl very strong, and clever.
Huntress can kick butt
Poison ivy is deadly, and very seductive.
Jubilee can be extremily powerful when she needs to be and has some martial arts trainning from Logan
Michelangelo He's more skilled than Raph look at Battle Nexus Raph fanboys and Meet Casey Jones episodes
Original/current Spawn Like the Punisher could beat Him
Robin and The rest of the Titans The could just as easily be as good as the F4

He did, he does and he can. He can also lose as well.
At DC he will always have the stigma of being in the same universe of a character that he managed to outsold back in the day. He gets credit in stories but wont ever have the kind of respect Superman has.
