Halloween 1 Friday the 13 or Nightmare On Elm Street

Nightmare didn't get its comedic tone until 3 but the touch done wasn't bad. I rank 3 right behind one but the humor wasn't strong enough to ruin it. It had only a few laughs that didn't take away from the dark tone. It wasn't until 4 that he becomes the excessive joker that hes known for.

Halloween or Nightmare on Elm ST??? .. that truly is one of the most difficult questions ill have to answer this week.

Im gonna have to go with Halloween. It was a genuinely scary movie when it first came out. Love the musical score as well

Yes, the score for Halloween beats the other two.

I still go with ANOES for its originality and creativity.

I'm going for Halloween for it's stealth killing and seriousness.

didnt like the 1st friday cuz to me it seemed like a halloween rip-off with more blood, and blood doesnt make a good horror movie. Halloween was scary and anoes had its moments, so imo friday doesnt compare to the others.
