Well, as long as you don't have dad who will give you a dead leg that will last for 2 days ,you're fine.
And Esteem, if he tries to plan your day around hi sschedule, jsut say no. And keep it up until he gets worse and make sure your mom sees. That should take care of him if there's no peacful situation.

if i say no, its insubordination, punishable by, whatever he feels like. it depends on what mood hes in, and its usually impatient...

Doesn't matter. Say no. If you are able to get him to go too far ,you can get him into trouble. I suggest if you have a video tape tape it so you have something to threaten him with.
my moms not afraid of him, he doesnt, like hit me or anything. he paints himself the hero, he will come home and ask me what i did today, (and by that, if i did anything around the house). of course, he'll just have to state:
"so you didnt do anything today? i washed the clothes, did the dishes, went to work, bathed the puppy..." and goes on, throwing in every damn thing he did that day. and he only does it when he knows i didnt do anything. if i do stuff, he doesnt point it out at all, just ignores it. i do stuff when they ask, and if they dont ask me to do anything, and im not charged with doing it, its still my fault if it doesnt get done. and if he wants me to do something, and i want to wait for a commercial or interuption and actually have time for it, it doesnt matter, he wants it done NOW, and i get in trouble for backtalking him.

Unless you expose him, you'll never get free of him. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, and tell your mom about what he does to you. So far, you have no case, so it's down to your mom to get rid of him.
