I can see team one winning, but it would be due to Stardust being the last person standing. I've been going over Wonder Woman feats, and she's Beta Ray Bill's equal.

Stardust is the problem here Superman wouldn't be able to affect it/him/her, but Stardust could hurt him badly including send him to that very harsh dimension that he was trying to send Bill to.

Beta ray bill and star dust all day, hell during there fight beta ray destroy two planets that appeared to be bigger then earth, so we all know that beta ray have the ability to hit either superman or wonder woman with planet destroying hits.
