we had a good discussion about this in my international relations class.

although women are different in respect to social acts etc. and on an individual level (micro level) i.e. between friends, families etc. then men are

in respect to things like "someone is coming at you with a knife, what do you do"

the obvious answer is defend yourself. (this eludes to war, and war like situations)

fact is that while women and men are different in a micro context, in a macro context we would act more or less exactly the same.

so it really makes no difference.

You wouldn't be able to choose which women were to rule, just as we can't choose which men we want. Oh and what makes you think Oprah would be a great leader? I'm not too familiar with her economic or foreign policy views. How would she fix the economy?
