DC never developed their "abstracts" like marvel did.so we cant really tell....prob they have the same power

If. IF DC Death wanted to, she could just wipe out the universe. Literally.
End of Books of Magic, she even relieves Destiny of his burden, as the universe itself has died out.

And yet the Endless live by various rules and bylaws that define their existance. DC Death is far cooler, but I don't know that she could act beyond her role the same way that Marvel Death sometimes does.

I don't know that there's any meaningful "power" comparison to be made.

There's just no reason for someone like her to act "beyond her role."
