ATUM/DEMIGORGE would eat him. Not even close to any doubts.

Set - probably could take him.

Chthon - same.

Gaea - not that she would fight him - but she would lay a motherly spanking on Cytorrak.

Shuma Gorath - would stomp cytorrak to be honest.

Any of the Vishanti - probably the same thing as shuma.

Actually I think Cytorrak/Trion would lose to any of the other Elder gods/Demons IMHO. with the exception of Tanaraq, I think Cytorrak might be able to take him.

No it is not the enemy of Cyttorak. It is the Enemy of the Trion.

As you can see it says, "By Cyttorak Possessed". This was taken from X-men 88 which is followed by UXM 369.

It also mentions he is possessed by the gems creator.
