Well, a month of prep for both.
Ra has done thing like make all forms of communication (read, speaking, writing)
useless. Exotic diseases...etc.
Im sure turning off a mutant gene wouldnt be hard for him.

Its not like these 2 are just going to fist fight..Ra wouldnt be that stupid.

a month of prep? pffft. apoc scans the world over using his super computer sends out androids to keep raz procuppied...assuming raz survives that apoc finds raz himself then ... (insert scenario here)
