If anime characters are allowed into the fight, Lina Inverse could do it with the Ragna Blade (or with the Giga Slave for that matter, but no way in hell she'd use that if she thought she had ANY other option). No matter how tough He-Man can be, the source of the Ragna Blade's power (the Lord of Nightmares, the Slayerverse name for what is basically "God"😉 is still stronger.
