Ghost Rider vs. Spawn

3rd Age Spawn FTW.

Don't know much about spawn so Ghost Rider all the way

Ok for those who don’t know, Johnny Blaze/Zarathos is known as the Spirit of Vengeance. Well Daniel/Noble is known as Angel of Death/Judgement.
The spirit that is imbedded with Daniel is not of demonic nature unlike Johnny and his relationship with Zarathos.

If we are allowed to use Daniel/Kale. In his strongest form, he may rival 2nd age spawn.
(although God Spawn [4th age>.<] would mess him up!!!).

Tackles Black Heart (in his own realm), and unleashes what seems to be White flames.
It might be symbolic to holy nature due to his some what angelic form??

I don’t see, Spawn in his 1st or 3rd age form beating Angel of Death/Judgment Ghost Rider. King of Hell versions of both would be a great match.

Even match. After a nice long fight, GR wins.

I did'nt know that i allways thought Ghost Rider/Daniel also had the spirit of vengence just like Johnny blaze only a better version of it

Actually he is a legion, comprised of 5,000 souls.

Penance stare will work for every evil action those 5,000 souls have committed.

Wait a second I am not sure if I am right or not but the penance stare wont work on Spawn. For when he tried to use it on Venom it only backfired on Ghost Rider because of the symbiote. Like Venom Spawn has a symbiote himself which will make it backfire on Ghost Rider like it did with venom. But in the end the only person who would come out a winner in this fight will be Spawn hands down because of his fighting skills and endless possibilities he has with his hellspawn powers.
