How do you like your steak to be Cooked?

I don't like steak that much, but when I do have it, it's well done. A bit of bloodiness is just...*shudders*...I can't handle it^-^

Medium rare, while tossing that steak around in some garlic-butter and black pepper in the last minute. And don't forget the red wine/mushroom sauce

Medium rare is the only way to have a steak in a professional restaurant.

It's true that many cooks kill the flavor with spices, but clever use of spices will improve your steak. Don't drown it in em from the start, just let it touch the spices a minute before it leaves the pan. With a clever combination, your steak will turn from damn good to ambrosia

I just like my steak with a tiny bit of fresh ground pepper and maybe a small amount of peppercorn sauce on the plate, but not touching the steak; so I can dip some of the steak into it.
