Yoda = 17,700

If vader got older he would get more powerful.

Anyway, if they fought in ROTS Yoda would win, but are you talking about if Vader had never got injured and reached his full potential could he beat Yoda? Cause if that's the case GL said that Anakin/Vader's full potential (if he hadn't sustained the injuries in ROTS) is twice as much as Sidious's.
