and if you have limewire or a similar p2p network thingy, then you can download them off there.

Overrated? They aren't rated to begin with. Kids like the band, and that's the extent of it. Just because they're well liked doesn't say anything about their artistic merit, just gives people a reason to hate them.

"Helena" is a beautiful video, IMO.

Why bother? Just get the one. All MCR videos are of the singer making stupid faces and crying a lot, but in different costumes.
