What level is Goku? Drax w/o the power gem could probably beat any level below SSJ. The Power Gem drastically increases the strength and endurance of the bearer to near infinite levels. Considering this, I should think Drax w/ the Gem could decisively defeat Goku up to his SSJ2 level. I dunno about anything beyond that.
