Every Jedi does jumps, and doing flips doesn't make you an Ataru practitioner. It's more than moves, it's an approach to fighting. Ataru is heavy on force-aided movements and acrobatics to overcome an enemy with sheer flurry. Shien/Djem So is a fighting style that is described exactly how Luke and Anakin fight, and by all accounts Luke -is- a Shien practitioner. It's not exactly up for debate.
I doubt Luke had any formal training. He probably wasn't a master of any form. But what I was trying to say is that it seems that he knows some Ataru which is logical because he was trained by Yoda. Other than that I can not say. It seems improbably he learned much from Obi-Wan in the ways of lightsaber combat.
Yoda taught him some, but Luke mainly taught himself. He was only on Dagobah for however long he was there in the movie, and that seemed like either a couple days or a week or so, and the span from ANH to ESB is three, and a year to ROTJ.
Like I said, just because Yoda trained him, doesn't mean that Luke uses Ataru, and I cited my Dooku-Jinn example.
