I cant believe this fight is still going on. We are talking about a character who is stronger than the Thing, is as durable as Colossus, has the speed of Quick Silver, has a energy blast at least as powerful as cyclops and has T.K. powers more potent than Jeans as well as the ability to Fly. Although Spiderman is bad ass character, upgrade or no upgrade there really is no competition.
